The Meriva Collection is an Ellington development on Dubai Islands, comprising residences and penthouses alongside a coastal hotel. Ellington does not publish the bedroom mix or the unit sizes.
The amenity is heavily outdoor and family-weighted: adult and kids' pools, dining areas and a barbecue, children's play areas, outdoor seating, fitness stations, lagoon water features and fountains, a mini golf corner, a paddle tennis court, table tennis, a pet park, drop-off areas near the main entrance and guest parking with electric vehicle chargers.
Ellington publishes ten journey times, from Dubai Islands Mall at five minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport at fifty. Read those two numbers together and they describe the island honestly: close to the old city, a long way from the new one.
