What is being built, and by whom.
HADO is a Beyond development of 678 residences in the Siora district of Dubai Islands, arranged as three towers of twenty-one levels, with one- to four-bedroom homes including five duplexes and three simplexes singled out by the developer.
Beyond publishes journey times from the site: ten minutes to Gold Souq metro station, nineteen to Dubai International Airport, twenty-two to the Dubai Frame, twenty-five to DIFC, twenty-six to Downtown and thirty-three to Business Bay.
It publishes no starting price, no payment plan, no unit size in square feet and no named amenity. As at its Palm project, the facilities are described in prose and itemised nowhere, so none are listed here.
