What is being built, and by whom.
LIV Oceanside is a LIV Developers tower on Dubai Islands. LIV carries monthly construction-progress updates for it on its own site, running from March 2026 through August 2026, which makes it one of the few projects here whose progress can actually be followed.
The specification is published in detail even though the sizes are not: three-metre floor-to-ceiling windows, Miele appliances, Axor and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, premium stone and quartz surfaces and wood flooring.
The amenity list runs to twenty-four named facilities, from a rooftop infinity pool, cold plunge pool and family pool to a podcast room, a games room, a red light treatment room and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. LIV publishes no price, no payment plan, no unit size and no bedroom mix.
