About Ellington Properties
What the name tells you.
Ellington Properties was founded in 2014 and is led by three co-founders, Elie Naaman, Joseph Thomas and Robert D. Booth, whom its own about page names. It builds apartment and villa projects across Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai Islands, Dubai South, Jumeirah Islands and Ras Al Khaimah, and its pitch is design rather than scale. Its project pages are the strongest in this set on what living there is like — long itemised amenity lists and journey-time tables with a dozen destinations and minutes against each — and they publish nothing at all about the purchase. Read on 11 September 2026, no Ellington page, including its own construction-updates page, carried a handover date, a starting price or a payment plan for any of its projects.
Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
No delivery statistics. Ellington publishes no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count and no on-time record on its homepage, about page or footer. The 2014 founding year comes from its own international site and is the only track-record fact we can trace to the company.
Its construction-updates page shows project tiles and photographs with no dates and no completion percentages against them, so there is nothing there a buyer can hold the developer to. Ask for a dated progress report on the specific building instead.
Because no Ellington project publishes a date, a price or a plan, the whole commercial conversation happens off the website. Ask for all three in writing at the same time — a price without a schedule and a schedule without a completion date are each half an answer.
