Karl Lagerfeld Villas is a Taraf collection of fifty-one villas of five, six and seven bedrooms in the Nad Al Sheba part of Meydan, within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City district. Taraf and the Karl Lagerfeld brand broke ground in August 2025, according to the developer's own news page.

The shared facilities are named: The Club as an entertainment space, The Library as a lounge, a gym and fitness studio, adults' and children's pools, and landscaped parks and recreational areas. Homes look either over a crystal lagoon or towards the Downtown skyline.

Taraf publishes journey times — three minutes to Nad Al Sheba, fifteen to Meydan Racecourse, nineteen to Downtown and twenty-seven to Dubai International Airport — and no price, no handover date, no built-up area, no plot size and no payment plan.
