Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is a twelve-tower Binghatti master plan in Meydan, developed under the Mercedes-Benz name and described by the developer as the world's first Mercedes-Benz-branded city, with a signature tower and a central park at its heart.
Binghatti publishes unit sizes for four of its six types: a studio at 362 ft², a one-bedroom at 632 ft², a two-bedroom at 992 ft² and a three-bedroom at 1,321 ft². Four- and five-bedroom homes are listed without sizes.
The amenity described is a central park with twelve curated experiences, retail, leisure and parks, mobility hubs and wellness zones. Binghatti publishes journey times of five minutes to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, eight to Dubai Design District, ten to the Dubai Mall and Business Bay, and fifteen to Dubai International Airport.

Ask for the completion date and a confirmed price list for the specific tower, in writing, before anything else — and confirm you are being sold the Meydan master plan rather than Binghatti's separate Mercedes-Benz tower near Downtown. The two are routinely conflated.
