About Taraf Holding
What the name tells you.
Taraf describes itself on its own homepage as the real estate division of the UAE-headquartered investment holding group Yas Holding, and gives its corporate office as Marina Plaza in Dubai Marina. Its portfolio splits between Dubai — Luce on Palm Jumeirah, Terrazzo and Cello in Jumeirah Village Circle, Karl Lagerfeld Villas in Meydan and the Terra Golf Collection in Jumeirah Golf Estates — and Abu Dhabi. What it publishes is unusually good on the building and unusually poor on the deal: the projects on this site carry unit counts, bedroom mixes, named amenities, construction-update links and, in one case, a journey-time table, and not one of them carries a price, a handover date or a payment plan. Its own domain is tarafholding.com; taraf.ae does not resolve.

No delivery statistics for Taraf. Its site states no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count and no on-time record, and the founding year that circulates on portals does not appear on its own pages, so we leave it out.
Taraf publishes no price, handover date or payment plan for any project. Portal listings fill the gap with figures blended across brokers, and we have not repeated any of them. The first three documents to ask for are the payment schedule, the anticipated completion date in the sale and purchase agreement, and the unit sizes.
Where it does publish, it publishes well: unit counts by collection, a named contractor-grade specification list on the villas, and live construction updates on Cello. Use those updates — a developer that publishes progress is easier to hold to a date than one that does not.
