Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai is a brand-licensed apartment building in Meydan, selling one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. It is Gulf Land's only development still being sold — its other three projects are marked sold out on its own site.
The facilities are a full set: covered parking, a branded fitness centre, a jogging track, a children's play area, a padel court, a green park, shopping and retail, a spa, a supermarket, a swimming pool and an outdoor cinema.
Gulf Land publishes an unusually detailed journey-time table — fourteen destinations with minutes against each, from the Meydan Hotel at five minutes to Palm Jumeirah and Global Village at twenty — and publishes no handover date, no starting price, no unit size and no payment plan.
