About Nakheel
What the name tells you.
Nakheel's asset is land and coastline rather than towers, and its master plans hold value because they cannot be repeated. Its own about page describes it as a member of Dubai Holding and states that its waterfront developments have added more than 300 kilometres to Dubai's original 70 kilometres of coast, and that its 15,000 hectares of master developments house approximately 700,000 residents. It publishes no founding year, no delivered-unit count and no delivery record that we could find, and no price, handover date or payment plan for any of its current launches. Judge a Nakheel purchase on the master plan and on the specific building, because the brand alone will not tell you much.

The figures this page used to show for Nakheel — projects delivered, share on time, average delay, units handed over — could not be traced to anything Nakheel publishes. They have been removed. If you have seen them quoted here before, disregard them.
Nakheel sells in numbered phases and the phases do not always line up. Bay Grove at Dubai Islands is listed across four phases whose handover dates run out of sequence between sources, with a later phase apparently completing before an earlier one. Ask which phase is actually open, and take the date and the price from that phase's own reservation form rather than from a project page.
Because Nakheel's own site carries no price, handover date or payment plan for its current launches, every commercial figure in circulation for them belongs to a portal. We will always tell you where a figure on this site came from, and we will not quote one we have not seen from Nakheel.
