Overview
What is planned, and by whom.
Shahrukhz Residences is Danube Properties' planned waterfront residential development in Dubai Maritime City. It carries the Shahrukhz name Danube first gave Shahrukhz by Danube, its 55-storey office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, a name Danube publishes as a collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan.
Danube has announced the project to its broker network and cites more than 50 amenities, without yet naming them. Expressions of interest are open, with a minimum of AED 50,000. As at 17 September 2026 the project is not listed on danubeproperties.com.
Prices, the unit mix, unit sizes, the payment plan, the number of residences and a handover date are not yet released, and neither is any image of the building. We add each one when Danube publishes it, and not before.
Locality
What the area is genuinely like today.
Danube places Shahrukhz Residences in Dubai Maritime City, the peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks, and has not yet published where on the peninsula it sits. The industrial precinct there is complete and working; no residential tower in the district has been handed over.
No metro station serves the peninsula; the nearest are Green Line stations in Bur Dubai, a drive away.

Ask Danube in writing whether the EOI is refundable and by when, how it converts into a booking and against which unit, and what happens to it if no unit suits.
