About Beyond Developments
What the name tells you.
Beyond describes itself on its own homepage as a real estate brand under the OMNIYAT group, and it works on waterfront and master-plan sites: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Maritime City, Dubai Islands, City of Arabia and Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah. Its project pages are better than most on the things that are hard to find out — the number of residences, the tower configuration, the district within a master plan, and a journey-time table for each site. They are silent on the things buyers ask about first. No starting price, no payment plan and no unit size in square feet appears on any Beyond project page we read, and its amenity copy describes facilities in prose without naming them, so this site lists none for its projects rather than inventing a list.

No delivery figures here. Beyond publishes no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count and no on-time record, which is unsurprising for a brand this young, and we will not borrow OMNIYAT's portfolio figures to fill the gap — they describe a different company's work.
Every Beyond project on this site carries a handover year and no quarter, because the developer publishes only a year. Ask for the quarter, and for the anticipated completion date in the sale and purchase agreement, before you plan around 2029.
Be careful which website you are reading. beyond.ae is not the developer — it resolves to a domain-sale page — and several lookalike sites market these projects under names close to the real one. The developer's own site is beyonddevelopments.ae.
