What is being built, and by whom.
Safa Gate is a DAMAC apartment tower on Sheikh Zayed Road at Safa Park, in Al Wasl. One-, two- and three-bedroom homes, from AED 2,135,000, with every unit card on DAMAC's page showing a Q4 2029 handover and DAMAC's own blog giving an anticipated completion date of 31 October 2029.
The location is the product. City Walk and Box Park are five minutes away on DAMAC's own journey times, The Dubai Mall ten and Dubai International Airport fourteen. Very little new-build apartment stock sits this close to the centre, and that is what the price reflects.
Two things need settling before anyone signs. DAMAC runs two different payment plans on Safa Gate at once, and the instalment arithmetic in its own blog does not add up to a hundred per cent. We publish the shape of both plans, no instalment count, and a request button for the schedule that actually applies to your release.

One bed up to 984 ft², two bed up to 1,416 ft², three bed up to 3,145 ft², per DAMAC's live unit cards. DAMAC's own FAQ on the same page says one and two bedroom only, and its blog adds five-bedroom duplexes — we follow the unit panel and flag the rest.
Average areas
DAMAC's blog gives average rather than maximum areas: 807 ft² for one bed and 1,111 ft² for two.
Price by type
From AED 2,135,000 for one bed and AED 2,996,000 for two. The three-bedroom figure on DAMAC's page is AED 15,999,000, far out of line with the other two; we are querying it rather than repeating it as a from-price.

DAMAC places an open-air gym on level 6, with the pool and spa levels above it.

No finishes schedule, ceiling height, floor plate or floor count is published, and DAMAC does not name the plot or the tower address.

Locality
What the area is genuinely like today.
Al Wasl and Al Safa are established inner-city Dubai, not a new district — which is unusual for a new-build tower and is most of the appeal. Everything on DAMAC's journey-time table already exists, apart from Al Maktoum airport at the capacity its thirty-five minute figure assumes.
DAMAC does not publish the plot, the tower's exact address or its floor count. On Sheikh Zayed Road that matters: which side of the road, which junction and which floor decide the outlook, the noise and the resale price. Ask for the plot before you discuss units.
Al Wasl is not one of the fifteen communities we hold a verified record for. Business Bay, which is in that list, is a different district and should not be used as a proxy for this address.

- Anyone who needs the plot, the floor count or the specification before committing, and anyone who cannot carry roughly fifty monthly instalments through construction.
What to consider
Ask which of the two plans applies to your release and get the full milestone table in one document. Then ask where on Sheikh Zayed Road the plot actually is — on this road, the junction decides the resale price.
