What is being built, and by whom.
Muraba Veil is a residential building in Al Wasl by Muraba, designed with the Pritzker Prize-winning practice RCR Arquitectes. Its distinguishing idea is landscape carried up the building: water pools and greenery on every floor, rooftop restaurants and rooftop pools, ground-level pools among giant palms, and an underground level given to shade, refreshment and physical restoration.
Muraba's entire website is five pages. Neither of its two project pages states a handover date, a price, a payment plan, a unit count or a single square-foot figure.
What can be said about Veil is therefore architectural and geographic: who designed it, where it is, and what the shared spaces are meant to be. Everything commercial has to be requested.
