What the name tells you.

Muraba Properties LLC prints its legal entity and its registered address — Sheikh Rashid Tower at Dubai World Trade Centre — in its own terms page, and brands itself simply Muraba. It was founded by Ibrahim Al Ghurair and works exclusively with the Pritzker Prize-winning practice RCR Arquitectes. The whole site is five pages and two projects, and it publishes no track record, no delivered-unit count and no founding year. It also publishes no numbers about the buildings themselves: neither project page states a handover date, a price, a payment plan, a unit count or a single square-foot figure. What is on this site for Muraba is therefore an architectural proposition and an address, and everything commercial has to be requested.

There is no published track record. Muraba states no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count, no on-time record and no founding year, so this page shows none.

Because the developer publishes nothing commercial, the figures circulating for its Al Wasl building come entirely from portals and they do not agree with each other: we have seen two starting prices differing by several million dirhams and two mutually incompatible payment plans quoted for the same project. None of them is on this site. Ask Muraba directly, in writing.

The architect is the proposition here, and an architect is not a delivery guarantee. Ask who the main contractor is, what it has completed in Dubai, and what the anticipated completion date in the sale and purchase agreement says — that date, not the brochure, is the one that binds.
