Havelock Heights is an HMB Homes building in Jumeirah Village Circle, selling studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with private pools in the three-bedroom homes.
The amenity is the most elaborate of HMB's three JVC and Motor City buildings: a hotel-style lobby, a gaming lounge, an inner beach and lounge zone, wellness and recreation zones, a kids' pool and water splash zone, an outdoor kids' zone, a zen sky garden, a rooftop cinema, an outdoor sport zone, indoor and outdoor gyms, a yoga zone, a resident lounge, a sunset rooftop lounge and a rooftop barbecue zone.
The developer's page carries a construction update dated July 2025 showing zero per cent on sub-structure, super-structure, finishes and services. That update is more than a year old and reads as no progress at all, so this site records no construction progress for the building and treats the update as stale rather than as information.
