About Reportage Properties
What the name tells you.
Reportage Properties was founded in 2014, is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and describes itself on its own site as an international developer creating residences and integrated communities across the UAE and beyond. Most of its portfolio is outside Dubai — Egypt and Uganda among the destinations — and only two of its current schemes are confirmed Dubai developments on its own pages: Verdana in Dubai Investments Park and R. Hills in Dubailand. It publishes a starting price, an amenity list and a journey-time table for both. It publishes no payment plan for any project at all, and no handover date for Verdana. Note that the older domain reportageuae.com now redirects permanently to reportagegroup.com.

No delivery statistics for Reportage. It publishes no delivered-unit count and no on-time record on its own site, and the 2014 founding date is the only track-record fact we can trace to it.
Reportage does not publish a payment plan for any project on its own pages. For a developer whose proposition is the entry price, that is the single most important missing document, and it should be the first thing you ask for in writing.
Verdana is a ten-phase community, and the page does not say which phases are currently selling or when any of them completes. Buying into phase eight of a scheme whose phase one handed over years ago is a different purchase from buying into phase one. Establish which phase, and what is already built beside it, before you look at a price.
