About Imtiaz Developments
What the name tells you.
Imtiaz Developments states on its own about page that the company was established in 1993, has delivered more than forty projects and carries a total development value of AED 10 billion. What it builds now is residential apartment buildings, most of them handed over fully or semi-furnished. The thing to understand before you buy from Imtiaz is what it does not publish: read on 11 September 2026, its project pages carried a name, a community, an amenity list and, on some projects, a completion date — and no starting price, no unit size and no payment plan for any project in its portfolio. Every price and schedule in circulation for an Imtiaz launch therefore comes from a portal rather than from Imtiaz, and none of them appears on this site. Note also that several unrelated firms trade under the same name; this record is the Dubai developer at imtiaz.ae and no other.
Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
We publish no delivery statistics for Imtiaz. The forty-plus projects and the AED 10 billion development value on its about page are company claims rather than audited counts, there is no on-time record published anywhere, and we would rather show nothing than dress a marketing line as a statistic.
The practical consequence of Imtiaz publishing no commercial terms is that the first conversation has to be about paper. Ask for the factsheet and the payment schedule for the specific building, in writing, before you discuss anything else — and treat any figure you have seen quoted online as unconfirmed until that document arrives.
Its own pages and the portals also disagree on dates. Imtiaz prints Q1 2028 for Sea Cliff; a licensed portal listing for the same project says Q3 2028. We publish the developer's own date and tell you the conflict exists rather than choosing quietly.
