What is being built, and by whom.
Valia is an Emaar apartment tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, selling one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes from AED 1,960,000. Emaar's own page carries the name, the community, that starting price, the bedroom range and an amenity list.
It carries no handover date and no payment plan, and the two portals that do carry them disagree: December 2030 against August 2030 on the date, and two incompatible payment structures. We publish neither. That is not an oversight on this page — it is the honest state of the information.
What you can rely on is the district. Dubai Creek Harbour has around a dozen towers handed over and occupied, a trading promenade, Creek Beach and the Vida hotel open, and Emaar building the rest of it. What it does not have is a school inside the district, a mall, or the announced Blue Line metro station.

One, two, three and four bedroom. Two portals broadly agree on 816–829 ft² for one bed, about 1,252–1,255 ft² for two, 1,652–1,694 ft² for three and about 2,560 ft² for four. Emaar publishes no size table.
Outdoor amenity deck
Emaar's amenity list is unusually outdoor-weighted for a Creek tower — padel, outdoor fitness, cabanas, splash pad and a communal lawn.
Building size
Sources conflict: 56 storeys on one portal against 53 elsewhere, and a 491-home figure from a single source. We record none of them as fact.

We publish no journey times on this page. One portal claims twenty minutes from Dubai Creek Harbour to Dubai Marina against the thirty-two minutes in our own verified community record, and where a portal contradicts something we have checked, we drop the portal.
Our verified record for Dubai Creek Harbour, last checked on 28 August 2026: around a dozen towers on Creek Island and in Creek Beach handed over and occupied, the marina promenade with cafés and restaurants trading, Creek Beach and the Vida hotel open.
And what is not there: retail is a promenade strip and a supermarket rather than a mall, the retail spine in the master plan is unbuilt, no school operates inside the district, and the announced Blue Line metro station is not built. Assume you are driving for the life of a five-year plan.

Request the payment plan before you do anything else. Until Emaar issues its own schedule and completion date, the difference between the two published versions is large enough to change whether this purchase works for you.
