Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is a DarGlobal tower on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai, holding a five-star hotel and residences under a Trump brand licence. The homes are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplex penthouses, from 109 to 722 m² — about 1,173 to 7,771 ft².
The developer's spec table gives expected completion as December 2031, recorded here as Q4 2031. That is roughly six years away and it is by a distance the longest commitment on this site.
The facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, a gym, an owners' lounge, a children's play area, the five-star hotel within the building, and a members-only club carrying a separate annual membership to which residents have priority access.
