Artistry Two Residences is the second Select Group tower in Dubai Design District, selling one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and four-bedroom duplex penthouses. Completion is stated as 2029, with no quarter.
Its facilities differ from Artistry One in two ways worth noting: the infinity lap pool sits on the twenty-second floor rather than the twenty-first, and the building adds padel courts and private terraces to the shared offer.
Select Group publishes no unit sizes for this building and no starting price. It does publish a service-charge estimate per square foot for the Artistry towers, which is worth asking for in writing.
