No delivery record, so we publish no figures. Nothing in the Sunvale pack names a completed Prysm building, a handover it met, or a number of homes it has handed over. There is no founding year for the Dubai company in any document we hold. Until Prysm gives us a building we can name and inspect, this page will show no track record at all, and we would not have you rely on a figure taken from anywhere else.

The one delivery figure in its marketing is not its own. Page 13 of the broker deck reads: "Since 2014, Prysm's affiliate group across the African continent has successfully delivered 5.5+ million sq. ft. of mixed-use developments across residential, commercial, & integrated communities." That is an affiliate's record on another continent, the affiliate is not named, and none of the buildings is identified. It tells you nothing about who will build in Al Furjan or under which regulator. Ask who the affiliate is, which buildings it delivered and where, and whether it carries any obligation for Sunvale.

GRID's name is on every piece of Sunvale collateral and GRID is not the developer. Its printed role is Development Lifecycle Management partner. Prysm is the company named as Seller. If a project is offered to you as a GRID development, ask which company signs the sale and purchase agreement before anything else.

The Sunvale pack does not hold together on the commercial terms. Four payment plans are in circulation plus an expired fifth, three incompatible sets of starting prices appear across the deck, the infographic and the social posts, and no document in the pack carries a date. We publish none of them and tell you a conflict exists rather than choosing quietly. Ask Prysm which plan and which price list are current, and from what date, before anything is reserved.
