What the name tells you.
ORA Developers is a global developer chaired by Eng. Naguib Sawiris, with projects in Egypt, Cyprus, Pakistan, Grenada, Greece, Iraq and the UAE. Its UAE arm brands itself ORA UAE and its single UAE development is BAYN, a 4.8 million square metre beachfront master plan delivered with the Abu Dhabi developer MODON. No ORA project appears on this site, and that is deliberate rather than an omission: ORA's own site describes BAYN as its first footprint in the UAE and positions it between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, at Ghantoot, which lies in the Abu Dhabi emirate. This site covers Dubai property. If BAYN is of interest, it is a different emirate, a different regulator and a different resale market, and we would want to have that conversation explicitly rather than by implication.

No delivery statistics and no projects listed. ORA publishes no UAE delivery record, because BAYN is its first UAE development, and its work elsewhere is not a UAE track record.
Its UAE marketing runs an investment comparison against London and Singapore and a set of journey times we would not repeat without checking — Dubai Marina is stated as twenty minutes from Ghantoot, which is roughly sixty kilometres of road. Treat the drive times on any unbuilt master plan as estimates, and this set as optimistic.
The domain to use is oradevelopers.com. The hyphenated version in circulation does not resolve, and several lead-generation sites market BAYN under names close to the developer's own.
