What the name tells you.
Mira Developments prints its legal entity, licence and head office — Art of Living Mall on Umm Suqeim Street — in its own footer, and states that it was founded in Dubai in 2023. It builds residences under licence from fashion and design houses: John Richmond, Trussardi, Gianfranco Ferre, Bentley Home and Elie Saab, with projects in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Georgia and Switzerland. Its Dubai work is concentrated in Al Furjan. The disclosure at project level is good for a company this young — a starting price, a handover quarter, entry sizes in square metres and a payment schedule in percentages appear on each project page — and the thing worth holding in mind is the founding date: a developer incorporated in 2023 has no completed building to inspect, whatever its brand partners have built elsewhere.

There is no track record to show. Mira was founded in 2023 and we found no handover record on its own site, so any claim that it has delivered should be treated with suspicion until the building is named and the date given. The counters on its about page — units, square metres, team members, brand collaborations — describe the portfolio it is building, not homes handed over.
A brand licence is a naming and design agreement, not a builder. John Richmond and Trussardi are not constructing these buildings and carry no delivery obligation; Mira does. Ask who the main contractor is, what has been built by that contractor in Dubai, and what happens to the branding if the licence lapses before handover.
Mira's Dubai projects sit in Al Furjan; the John Richmond project you may have seen marketed as Mira Coral Bay is in Ras Al Khaimah, a different emirate with a different regulator and a different resale market. Do not let the two be blurred into one conversation.
