About Grid Realty
What the name tells you.
Grid Realty, trading as GRID, is a Dubai-headquartered developer with an office in Al Barsha 1, a sales gallery at The Opus in Business Bay and a London address. It was formerly GRID Properties, the development arm of Gulf Islamic Investments, and separated from it through a management buy-out. Its own site names Casa Serene in Sobha Hartland, Enchanté in Arjan, and The Lucan and ELIE SAAB Residences in London. We list Enchanté: GRID markets it on its own project site with prices by unit type, a payment plan, amenities and journey times, and that site's footer names GRID as the developer. Casa Serene is not listed, because its page gives a name, a district and a one-line description and nothing else.
Delivery notes

No delivery statistics. GRID publishes no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count and no on-time record, so we show none.
GRID's name also appears on launches it does not develop. On Sunvale (Al Furjan), Elmora and Bliss Tower (Dubailand) it is named as development lifecycle manager, while the developer of record in each footer is another company — Prysm Real Estate, Neoterra Real Estate Development and Pure Bliss Development respectively. If a project is offered to you as a GRID development, ask which company signs the sale and purchase agreement before anything else.
Its legacy domain no longer loads — the certificate has expired — and the live site is gridrealty.com.
