What the name tells you.

Arada was launched in 2017 by HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi as chairman and HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal as executive vice chairman, and its own leadership page is the source for both the year and the names. Its largest work is in Sharjah, where it is headquartered; its Dubai portfolio is smaller and sits at the top of the market — Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah, W Residences at Dubai Harbour and the Jouri Hills villas in Jumeirah Golf Estates. Read on 11 September 2026, Arada's Dubai project pages were narrative brochure copy with no numbers in them at all: no handover date, no starting price, no unit size and no payment plan on any of them. That is the constraint on everything this site can tell you about an Arada purchase in Dubai.

No delivery statistics. Arada publishes no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count and no on-time record on its own site, and we have not substituted a press figure for one.

Arada is headquartered in Sharjah rather than Dubai. That is not a criticism — it develops genuinely in Dubai and its Sharjah master communities are large and real — but if a Dubai-incorporated counterparty matters to you, ask which entity the sale and purchase agreement is with before you reserve.

Its own pages give a buyer almost nothing to work with, so the request list is long: the anticipated completion date, the payment schedule, the unit sizes, the service-charge estimate and, on Armani Beach Residences, the brand licence terms and what they cost to maintain. If those cannot be supplied in writing, that is itself an answer.
