What the name tells you.
Al Zorah Development was incorporated on 31 October 2007 as a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, and the Government of Ajman designated Al Zorah a freehold and free-zone area by Amiri decree in 2008. Al Zorah City is a 5.4 million square metre coastal master plan of creeks and mangroves with a golf and yacht club, a mangrove reserve, four marinas and hotels. No Al Zorah project appears on this site, and the reason is straightforward: Al Zorah is in Ajman, not Dubai, and this site covers Dubai property. Its apartment buildings are real, sold and dated on the developer's own pages, so if Ajman is of interest we would rather discuss it as what it is than file it beside a Dubai address.

No delivery statistics and no projects listed here. Al Zorah publishes no delivered-unit count and no on-time record, and its work sits in a different emirate with a different regulator and a far thinner resale market than Dubai's.
Its published completion dates need re-checking before they are relied on. Every page on its site carries a 2025 copyright and the near-term completion dates it prints have either passed or are imminent, which usually means the page rather than the project has stopped moving.
The journey times it publishes are optimistic in the same way most master-plan journey times are. Dubai International Airport is stated at twenty-five minutes by car from Ajman. Treat that as a developer claim, not a commute.
