After-sales support
The relationship continues after the deed.
Most of what determines whether a purchase turns out well happens after the title deed is issued: the handover, the first tenant, the service charges, the decision about when to sell. Your advisor stays your contact for all of it.
Snagging coordination
We arrange an independent snagging inspection of a newly handed-over unit and manage the defects list with the developer until it is closed. You receive the report, the photographs and the sign-off.
Handover support
Keys, access cards, utility connection, cooling registration and the owners' association paperwork, handled in one visit. If you are abroad, we do it under a simple authorisation and send you the file.
Leasing
We advise on the achievable rent from registered contracts, introduce a leasing agent, and review the tenancy before it is signed. The aim is a good tenant at a sustainable rent, not the highest number on paper.
Property management referral
For owners abroad, we introduce a management company we have seen perform, with clear fees and a monthly statement. We do not manage properties ourselves and take no share of the fee, so the recommendation is ours alone.
Resale advisory
When you are thinking of selling, you get the same evidence-based valuation we would give a new client and a straight view on timing. Sometimes the advice is to hold, and we will say so.
Portfolio review
Once a year, or when the market moves, we review what you hold against what you set out to achieve — yield, appreciation, use — and say what we would change. It is a conversation, not a sales meeting.
